These terms cover your use of Foothold. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Foothold is a task-planning tool designed to help break tasks into small, manageable steps. It's a productivity aid, not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind - it doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified professional.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be able to legally agree to these terms to use Foothold.
Foothold offers a free plan and a paid "Plus" plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), billed and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings - cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period, except where required by law. Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
Don't use Foothold to do anything illegal, to abuse the AI breakdown feature to generate harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The tasks and content you create are yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the app's features to you (like generating a step breakdown, or syncing across your devices).
Foothold is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as Foothold evolves. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
